Strength & Conditioning — Kallang, Singapore

VOLT

An athletic club for people who train.

Est. 2019 · 48 Kallang Place · Four disciplines

The house rule

Strength is a practice. Not a look. Not a phase.

Show up. Load honestly. Keep score. Everything else at VOLT — the coaches, the programming, the timetable — exists to protect that loop.

Pick your lane

Strength

Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Coached barbell work in 60-minute blocks — technique first, then load, forever.

12-athlete cap · 60-min blocks · All levels

Conditioning

Ergs, sleds, road and rope. We build engines the boring way — measured intervals, repeated until your numbers move.

16-athlete cap · Heart-rate zones · Tested monthly

Combat

Bag work, pads and footwork off a Muay Thai base. Sparring is earned, never assumed — control before contact.

14-athlete cap · Gloves provided · Beginners welcome

Mobility

Screens, joint prep and return-to-play. The quiet discipline that keeps the other three on the floor.

10-athlete cap · Physio-led · Screen included

The system

Three moves, on repeat.

Assess

A 42-point movement screen, your lifts tested, your engine benchmarked. You start from data, not vibes.

42 points screened on day one

Build

Your block is written against your screen — progressive, periodised, and rewritten every four weeks as you adapt.

4-week blocks, reviewed in person

Perform

Test day. PBs go on the board, the next block loads, and the loop repeats. Progress you can point at.

12 tests retested, every cycle
