Strength
Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Coached barbell work in 60-minute blocks — technique first, then load, forever.

Strength & Conditioning — Kallang, Singapore
An athletic club for people who train.
The house rule
Show up. Load honestly. Keep score. Everything else at VOLT — the coaches, the programming, the timetable — exists to protect that loop.
Pick your lane
Squat, bench, deadlift, press. Coached barbell work in 60-minute blocks — technique first, then load, forever.
Ergs, sleds, road and rope. We build engines the boring way — measured intervals, repeated until your numbers move.
Bag work, pads and footwork off a Muay Thai base. Sparring is earned, never assumed — control before contact.
Screens, joint prep and return-to-play. The quiet discipline that keeps the other three on the floor.
The system
A 42-point movement screen, your lifts tested, your engine benchmarked. You start from data, not vibes.
42 points screened on day one
Your block is written against your screen — progressive, periodised, and rewritten every four weeks as you adapt.
4-week blocks, reviewed in person
Test day. PBs go on the board, the next block loads, and the loop repeats. Progress you can point at.
12 tests retested, every cycle

Programme · Strength

Four lifts, coached hard. Every block starts with your openers on the platform and ends with a testing week — squat, bench, deadlift and press cycled so you peak on purpose, not by accident.
Twelve athletes to a floor, one coach to six. Your bar path gets filmed, your numbers live on the board, and nobody adds load until the movement earns it.
Programme · Conditioning

Rowers, ski ergs, sleds and road. The work is measured in watts and splits, not sweat angels — you train to zones set by your own benchmark, retested monthly.
It is the least glamorous room in the club and the one that changes people fastest. Eight weeks in, your resting numbers will say so.
Programme · Combat

Ten weeks off a Muay Thai base: stance, footwork, bag rounds and pads. You hit things properly long before anything hits back — control is the entry fee.
Gloves and wraps are provided, ego is checked at the door, and the last fortnight adds optional technical sparring for those the coaches clear.
Programme · Mobility

Screens, joint prep and graded return-to-play. Run by our in-house physio, The Lab exists so a cranky shoulder becomes a six-week plan instead of a six-month excuse.
Every VOLT member gets screened here on day one. The other three disciplines are built on what this room finds.
